What services do you offer?
We offer solar panel cleaning, bird proofing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof washing, and debris removal for both residential and commercial properties.
How does payment work?
We collect a 25% deposit when you book. After our technician verifies your property details on-site, the remaining balance is due upon completion. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Is your cleaning safe for solar panel warranties?
Yes. We use manufacturer-recommended cleaning methods with deionized water and soft brushes. Our process is warranty-safe and will not void your solar panel warranty.
How do I cancel or reschedule a booking?
You can cancel or reschedule through the app. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full deposit refund.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly in the app under Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your profile, booking history, and all associated data. You can also email us at Mikespc05@gmail.com to request account deletion.
