What services do you offer?
We provide solar panel cleaning, bird proofing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof washing, and pressure washing for residential and commercial properties.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties in Southern California.
How does payment work?
A 25% deposit is required at booking. The remaining balance is due after we verify property details on-site and complete the service. We accept all major credit cards via Stripe.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Yes. Contact us via email or in-app messaging to reschedule or cancel. Cancellation policies may vary depending on how close to the service date you cancel.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use Stripe for payment processing and never store your full card details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant.
How do I delete my account?
Go to the Account tab in the app and tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes your profile, booking history, saved addresses, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
Do you offer commercial services?
Yes. We offer large-scale solar panel cleaning, bird proofing, and more for property managers, HOAs, churches, and commercial buildings. Request a quote through the Commercial section of the app.
