1. Services Overview

ClearMethod Exterior Services provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning and maintenance services, including but not limited to:

• Solar Panel Cleaning
• Bird Proofing
• Window Cleaning
• Gutter Cleaning
• Roof Washing
• Pressure Washing

2. Service Area

Our services are currently available in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties in California. We reserve the right to modify our service area at any time.

3. Booking and Accounts

You may book services through our website at clearmethod.com. For one-time bookings, no account is required. For recurring service plans or to manage your booking history, you may create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Booking and Scheduling

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• You agree to provide accurate property details including address, property type, number of stories, and relevant access information.
• Service times are approximate. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled time window.

5. Pricing and Payment

• Deposits: A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• Refundable Deposit: Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment.
• On-Site Verification: Our technician will verify property details upon arrival. The final price may be adjusted based on actual conditions observed on-site.
• Remaining Balance: The remaining balance is due upon completion of service. Payment can be made via credit/debit card through our secure payment system.
• Recurring Services: Subscription-based services are billed according to the selected frequency (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual). You may cancel recurring services at any time.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full deposit refund.
• Cancellations within 2 hours of scheduled service may forfeit the deposit.
• No-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Property Access and Conditions

• You must ensure safe and reasonable access to the service areas of your property.
• Please secure pets and remove obstacles from work areas before our arrival.
• Provide gate codes, parking instructions, and any special access requirements at the time of booking.
• We reserve the right to decline service if conditions are deemed unsafe for our technicians.

8. Service Documentation

Our technicians capture before and after photos of the work performed for quality assurance and documentation purposes. These photos are accessible through your booking confirmation and job completion report, and may be used to demonstrate our service quality.

9. Warranty and Satisfaction

• We stand behind the quality of our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
• Our cleaning methods are designed to be warranty-safe for solar panels and other exterior surfaces.
• If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion so we can address your concerns.

10. Limitation of Liability

ClearMethod Exterior Services shall not be liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to property or equipment
• Damage caused by defective, improperly installed, or aging equipment
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Service interruptions due to weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

The ClearMethod Exterior Services website, including its design, features, content, and branding, is our proprietary property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our website.

12. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
• Provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt our website or its servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
